As a small business that uses high-cost materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change-of-mind purchases. Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and listing details before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Please note that gold, silver, and black acrylic materials are extremely delicate and may experience minor scratches during shipping despite our best efforts in packaging.
Additionally, order processing and delivery times may occasionally take longer than expected.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized items and custom wood boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 business day of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
We are not responsible for:
Damage that occurs during shipping or delivery
Delays caused by the carrier
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and item and contact us immediately so we can begin the carrier claim process.
Large Designs
Designs larger than 20 inches may be produced in multiple pieces for shipping and handling purposes. When assembled, a slight seam or connection line may be visible where the acrylic pieces join together.
